OUR 12-MONTH WARRANTY

Hola Maria offers a 12-month warranty from the date you receive your jewellery, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This includes manufacturing faults affecting:

• Stone settings, including stones becoming loose or falling out due to a defective setting.

• Clasps and closures.

• Joins and connections between jewellery components.

A loose stone or broken component does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect. We assess each claim using the information provided and, where needed, an inspection of the piece.

What is not covered?

This additional warranty does not cover:

• Normal tarnishing, surface scratches or gradual wear to gold plating.

• Damage caused by accidents, impact, snagging or excessive force.

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care or storage.

• Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.

• Lost jewellery or stones deliberately removed from a piece.

Normal use is not automatically considered misuse. These exclusions apply only to our additional warranty and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email studio@hola-maria.com (or use our contact form below this page) within the 12-month warranty period.

Please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.

• A description of the issue, when you noticed it and what happened.

• Clear photos of the whole piece and the affected area, where possible.

We’ll review the information and provide the next steps. We may ask you to return the jewellery for inspection before confirming whether the issue is covered. Please contact us before sending your piece back.

If we determine that the issue is not covered by this additional warranty, we’ll explain the reasons for our assessment. 

APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS

For an approved warranty claim, we will repair or replace the affected piece at no charge. Hola Maria will cover reasonable return postage and the cost of sending the repaired or replacement piece back to you.
